I like the 'Center for free enterprise'. Cause I can get good information about theory 'free market'.
But recently I've got disapointment by a email yesterday.
The title was 'thanks for birth 'Lee seung-man' pre-president', congratulating 'royal birthday' so called as like God.

Sometimes I used to refer economic theory through 'Center for free enterprise' for searching brand-new economics theory to analyze world trade market.
But I have a severe complain and anxiety about 'identity' this institution 'Center for free enterprise'.
I insist that market is just market, not using purpose for political issue and represent for particular political gruop.
Lee seung-man was just first president who inaugurated by USA, even by unjustifiable vote system in 1960's.
I admit that Lee seung-man and market frontiers who had settled and widened liberal free market in Korea well, But it had triggered lots of rotten economic situation and a back-scratching alliance of goverment and business, it had made unreasonable market form like present situation.
Birth of the pre-president 'Lee seung-man' is just only meaning of 'Birth'. I think we don't need to adore him as God or absolute existence. It's not common sense and nobody would consider him as that.
According to 'Center for free enterprise', pre-president Park jung-hee, that insitution loves and esteems him as 'symbol of the industrial God father' in Korea.
Achievement and business results should be regarded as historical fact and assessment by objective standard.
I admit two pre-president's historical and industrial market achivement as I refered up above the phrase, but we have to estimate and look at a matter objectively by acute view, not inclied individual point of view.

오는 26일은 이승만 전 대통령의 탄신일이라고 합니다. 물론 자유경제원에서 주장하는 내용입니다.
저는 개인적으로 자유경제원을 참 좋아합니다. 자유경제원을 통해서 경제학의 최신 트렌드와 이론 등을 접할 수 있어서 자주 애용합니다.
하지만 가끔 이해할 수 없는 소식이 오고는 합니다.
예를 들면 이승만 전 대통령 탄신일이라던지 박정희 전 대통령을 마찬가지로 탄신일이라고 하면서 마치 신격화하는 것입니다.
특정 정치인에 대해서 좋게 생각하고 찬양하는 것에 대해서는 자유이지만 역사적으로 정확한 평가를 통해서 전 대통령들을 이야기하는 것이 좋지 않을까하는 생각입니다.
이승만과 박정희 전 대통령의 경우 한국의 자유시장경제를 도입하는데 많은 공헌을 한 것은 사실이지만 그런 공에 비해서 부정적인 악영향을 끼친 것도 사실입니다 .
지금 한국이 성장하게 된 것에 대해서 어느정도 인정을 한다고 하더라도 현재의 비정상적이고 기형적인 독과점 시장과 정경유착의 뿌리는 당대에서 부터 고착화된 것이라고 봐도 무방합니다. 시장경제가 뿌리내리게 하는데 많은 역할을 한 것은 분명하지만 그 뿌리가 상하고 썩게 하는 것을 유발했습니다. 즉 권력과 부정을 동원해 이익을 본사람들은 일부 특수계층이나 재벌, 정치인들에 불과합니다.
정당한 시장의 댓가가 각 경제주체들에게 돌아가기 보다는 부정한 방법으로 쏠림현상이 심각해졌다는 의미입니다.
이는 우리 사회에 많은 악영향을 끼쳐왔습니다. 4.19로부터 시작해 정치경제 각 사회분야에서 민주주의가 자리잡고 발전하면서 상당부분이 교정돼 왔지만 그 뿌리는 여전히 우리 주위에 만연합니다. 한예를들면 최순실 국정농단 사태 같은 비정상적인 정경유착 문화는 사실상 예고된 것이었습니다.
그리고 '탄신'이라고 하는 단어는 너무 과하다고 생각합니다. 탄신은 그리스도나 부처같은 성인들을 대상으로 붙이는 종교적인 의미가 강합니다. 한 지도자를 평가함에 있어서 탄신이라는 호칭을 붙이기에는 이승만, 박정희 대통령의 산업화 성과보다 독재와 비민주적인 통치가 더 익숙하기 때문입니다.
자유경제원은 이성은 차갑게 가슴은 뜨겁게라는 알프레드 마셜의 명언을 기억할 것입니다. 가슴은 뜨겁더라도 이성은 냉정하게 판단해야 합니다.
이승만 전 대통령 탄신일이 아니라 '출생일'이 맞습니다.
